Info

Pussy Riot is a Russian activist group that was founded in Moscow in 2011. They are well-known for their spontaneous and courageous actions that challenge the Russian regime. The exhibition “Velvet Terrorism: Pussy Riot’s Russia” at Haus der Kunst is the largest presentation of the artistic collective’s work to date and the first museum show in Germany devoted to Pussy Riot. The exhibition has been planned at Haus der Kunst since spring 2023.

A conversation about the creation of the exhibition at Haus der Kunst will take place in the Terrassensaal. The discussion will feature Maria Alyokhina, Ragnar Kjartansson, and Lydia Antoniou, moderated by Andrea Lissoni.

You can attend the opening talk without prior registration. It is free of charge.
