On Friday, May 15, 2026, Blitz Club hosts a special edition of the new series ROOM FOR MUSIC: an intimate conversation between TUNE curator Sarah Miles, RITOURNELLE curator Tobias Staab and Authentically Plastic. In dialogue, they reflect on their artistic and curatorial practices while sharing formative records on the powerful Blitz sound system — music that has shaped their trajectories and listening histories.
Admission by voluntary donation. This event takes place at Blitz Club.
TUNE, curated by Sarah Miles, is the music series of Haus der Kunst and serves as a platform for contemporary, experimental, and cross-disciplinary sound practices. In dialogue with the exhibition program, it conceives concerts and live formats as an expanded artistic field between visual art, performance, and club culture.
RITOURNELLE, founded in 2012 by Tobias Staab at the Münchner Kammerspiele, is a festival series dedicated to advanced electronic pop and club music. Continuously evolving, it has inhabited diverse venues across Munich — including Blitz Club — and has extended beyond the city, notably within the Ruhrtriennale (2015–2017). RITOURNELLE brings together artistic positions that interlace experimental sound cultures, transdisciplinary approaches, and the intensities of the club.
