Since spring 2026, a public garden has been taking shape on the lawn between Haus der Kunst and the Eisbachwelle. The aim is to create a vibrant place for people to come together, exchange ideas and enjoy themselves, which will be built, designed and maintained as sustainably as possible.
At Open Garten, you can find out more about the Ostwiese Community Garden project and meet new people, get involved in gardening and, step by step, become part of a community that takes responsibility, creates caring and sustainable spaces, and facilitates mutual learning and unlearning.
Your ideas and feedback will be directly incorporated into the design and planning of the project. Why not just pop by and join in? The Ostwiese Community Garden looks forward to seeing you!
