For the second time, Haus der Kunst presents the winners of the prestigious ars viva art prize awarded by the Kulturkreis der deutschen Wirtschaft. Wisrah C. V. da R. Celestino, Vincent Scheers, and Helena Uambembe showcase new works created for the exhibition that develop central concerns of their practice while exploring new techniques.
The evening opens with welcome speeches by Andrea Lissoni, Artistic Director of Haus der Kunst, and Ulrich Sauerwein, Chair of the Visual Arts Committee of the Kulturkreis der deutschen Wirtschaft, followed by an introduction by curator Jana Baumann. All artists will be present – an invitation to shared dialogue.
After the official programme, the exhibition will be open to all visitors.
