About this exhibition catalogue
Fully illustrated, the book will include installation shots of all exhibited artworks, as well as previously unpublished historical image material and archival documents by Sandra Vásquez de la Horra. The catalogue will feature a range of insightful texts on her work by external authors, such as John Yau and Raphael Fonseca, among others, as well as an interview between Jana Baumann, curator of the exhibition, and the artist, and contributions from longtime companions of the artist, such as Cecilia Vicuña and Felipe Baeza. In addition, the voice of the artist will be present with her own glossary, in which she describes the central themes of her artistic work. This book will be an essential reference to the career of Sandra Vásquez de la Horra spanning four decades. The publication will be released in November 2025 by Mousse, Milan.
