Info

This workshop is aimed primarily at older people with disabilities – whether in terms of mobility, sight or those living with dementia. The group is smaller and consideration is given to the various disabilities.

The exhibition "Tao Schirrmacher’s Collection. Eisbach Treasures" displays finds from the Eisbach that river surfer Tao Schirrmacher has brought to the surface since 2008, such as jewellery, keys, mobile phones and much more.

We’ll delve into the stories behind these finds: what do these objects tell us about the place and the people who owned them? How do they feel to the touch? How has spending so long in the water affected them?

Afterwards, we’ll share the story behind an object that’s meaningful to us. This could be a memento, an everyday item or something you’ve lost and found again. Please bring an object that’s important to you – or a photo of it – to the workshop.

The group size is limited to a maximum of 10 participants.
