Have you always wanted to learn how to skateboard and are looking for a unique place to do so? Haus der Kunst and the “Girls Rule” project have just the thing for you: come and ride at HAUS DER MAGNET!

In two hours, real pros will give you an introduction to skateboarding, regardless of whether you already have skateboarding experience or not. The “Girls Rule” project will provide the skateboards and protective gear. If you want to continue practising afterwards, you should bring your own equipment.

Please note: This programme is offered in cooperation with the “Girls Rule” project and is aimed at FLINTA*.

“Girls Rule” is a skateboarding project that brings girls and young women together through art and sport, regardless of their origin or cultural background. The aim is to create networks and teach skills that are beneficial not only on the board but also in everyday life.

**FLINTA* steht für Frauen, Lesben, intergeschlechtliche, nichtbinäre, transgeschlechtliche und agender Personen. Der Asterisk dient dabei als Platzhalter für alle Personen, die sich in keinem der Buchstaben wiederfinden, aber dennoch aufgrund ihrer geschlechtlichen Identität von Marginalisierung betroffen sind.
