Do you have plans for the holidays? Come and join us at Haus der Kunst!

During the school holidays, we offer workshops for children aged 8 to 12. Here you can experiment with artistic techniques, discover what happens in our everyday life, make new friends – and above all, have lots of fun.

The focus is on artistic and creative work. Children will have the opportunity to try out different artistic techniques. There will also be plenty of time for games, fun and exercise in and around Haus der Kunst. We will be working on the exhibition “For Children. Art Stories since 1968” and, in this context, we will be looking at environments – works of art that occupy and shape entire rooms. Together, we explore how artists transform spaces, create atmospheres and bring stories to life.

The workshop is scheduled to run for three days, from 30.3. – 1.4.26, from 10 am to 4 pm each day. The group size is limited to a maximum of 10 participants.

We want our programmes to be accessible to everyone. Through our partner KulturRaum München, people on low incomes can obtain a ticket free of charge and without any red tape. Further information can be found here: https://www.kulturraum-muenchen.de/kartenvermittlung/.

To register and for additional information, please contact Sarah John: John@hausderkunst.de – 089-21127 186.

The workshop is sponsored by Landeshauptstadt München – Josef Schörghuber Foundation for Munich Children.
