Do you have plans for the holidays? Come and join us at Haus der Kunst!
During the school holidays, we offer workshops for children aged 8 to 12. Here you can experiment with artistic techniques, discover what happens in our everyday life, make new friends – and above all, have lots of fun.
The focus is on artistic and creative work. Children will have the opportunity to try out different artistic techniques. There will also be plenty of time for games, fun and exercise in and around Haus der Kunst. Inspired by the installations of Antoine Catala and Agus Nur Amal PMTOH in the exhibition “For Children. Art Stories since 1968”, participants in this workshop learn in a playful way how space can influence our behaviour, mood and even our entire psyche.
We immerse ourselves in the materiality and storytelling of the artworks and make our feelings visible. Because moods can be shaped, and so can spaces! In this way, we connect interior and exterior spaces in small, experiential environments.
The workshop is scheduled to run for three days, from 30.3. to 1.4.26, from 10 am to 4 pm each day. The group size is limited to a maximum of 10 participants.
We want our programmes to be accessible to everyone. Through our partner KulturRaum München, people on low incomes can obtain a ticket free of charge and without any red tape. Further information can be found here: https://www.kulturraum-muenchen.de/kartenvermittlung/.
