The artist Katharina Grosse engages in a conversation with Hans Ulrich Obrist, the Artistic Director of the Serpentine London, about her artistic work.

Katharina Grosse, born in 1961 in Freiburg im Breisgau, is an internationally acclaimed artist who held professorships at the Weissensee Kunsthochschule Berlin (2000–2009) and the Kunstakademie Düsseldorf (2010–2018). Grosse resides and works in Berlin and New Zealand.

Artist Talks is a programme presented by the Fondation Beyeler in collaboration with UBS, where internationally renowned contemporary artists discuss their work. The format is open and dynamic, ranging from traditional artist lectures to moderated conversations between artists and figures in the art world. Artist Talks take place at the Fondation Beyeler in Riehen/Basel and various other art institutions across Europe, Asia, Latin America, and the USA. These conversations are recorded and can be followed at fondationbeyeler.ch/artisttalks.

The artist talk with Katharina Grosse takes place at Haus der Kunst. Tickets can be purchased in advance online or at the museum box office.
