What does an interior space say today about our state of mind and our relationship with exterior space?
Based on the art historical genre of interior painting, the exhibition “Interiorities” unites four artists - Njideka Akunyili Crosby, Leonor Antunes, Henrike Naumann and Adriana Varejão - who explore the relationship between the interior and exterior in their works. The artists investigate how we position ourselves in today’s world: What attitudes and opinions do we have; how do we want to live; and with what things do we surround ourselves and why?
