Your Toy at Haus der Kunst

Do you have remote-controlled cars, plastic animals, LEGO or wooden building blocks, or other beloved toys at home and don’t know what to do with them? Turn them into a work of art!

In summer 2025, the exhibition “For Children. Art Stories Since 1968” at Haus der Kunst will showcase artworks created specifically for children and young people over the past decades. Among them, artist and storyteller Agus Nur Amal PMTOH will create an extraordinary artwork in the form of a towering wave, entirely covered in small toys.

Starting from 1.3.25, you can drop off small toys at Haus der Kunst and make your childhood memories a central part of the exhibition.
