Event overview
Creative and experimental work with fabrics, colours and design. From 3 – 6 April 23, Haus der Kunst is offering a four-day vacation workshop for children between the ages of 8 and 12. Inspired by Hamid Zénati's exhibition “All-Over”, the young participants get an introduction to fabric and textile design. Everything from batik to stencil technique to patchwork with the sewing machine can be tried out. In addition to the creative experiments, the children have the opportunity to get to know and experience the backdrop of the museum in an inclusive group atmosphere.
Participants are very welcome to bring their own textiles or garments to print or design. Lunch will be provided.
The workshop language is German. It takes place in the Atelier at Haus der Kunst.
