In 2007, American artist Mel Bochner, considered one of the founders of Concept Art, gave a lecture at New York University's Institute of Fine Arts in which he spoke about his latest work. He discussed his series "If the Color Changes" (1998), after which the exhibition in Haus der Kunst is named, as well as other series from the last fifteen years.
