Born in 1945 in Salt Lake City, Utah, McCarthy is considered to be one of the most internationally recognized and influential contemporary artists. The exhibition in the Haus der Kunst presents two new installations by the artist, occupying the entire 2,500 square meter space of the building’s ground floor.
