Public tours of the exhibition "Postwar: Art between the Pacific and Atlantic, 1945-1965" take place Mondays at 6.30 pm (general tour), Thursdays at 8 pm (themed tour), Saturdays at 3 pm (themed tour) and Sundays at 4.30 pm (general tour).
The exhibition "Postwar" explores for the first time the postwar period as a global phenomenon. In eight chapters the show leads the visitor through the first two decades after the war, the dynamic relationships between artworks and artists, and the complex aesthetic forms that – following the chaos of World War Two – developed around the globe.
Public tours last 1 hour, cost 2 € and require no reservations. Please pay the exhibition entrance fee at the ticket counter. Private tours can also be booked for the time of your choice.
